Our mission is to provide a platform for industry professionals to connect, share knowledge, and drive innovation. Exhibitor and Sponsor Levels*

*Payments can be made online using a credit card or by check. Please ensure that checks are received at least one week before the conference date in order to be considered an official exhibitor. No exceptions will be made. Exhibitor space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Silver Level - $3,000
- Recognition during two breaks & throughout the conference
- PowerPoint auto-advance slides with your company logo will be shown on conference room screens
- Sponsorship recognition on the chapter website, two chapter e-newsletters, event e-mails, and all conference materials
- Two company representatives
Recognition will take place during breaks and throughout the conference. PowerPoint slides featuring your company logo will be displayed on conference room screens with automatic advancement. Please submit your company logo to the chapter.
Additionally, one written article or advertisement from your company will be included in two-chapter bi-monthly newsletters (your choice of month) and your company will be recognized on the Maryland ACEP Chapter website for six months. Network with over 150 emergency physicians. Two representatives are allotted for this level. Food & Beverage for two representatives throughout the conference. If needed, a power outlet or extension cord will be available upon request.
Platinum Level - $5,000

Other Information
The Maryland ACEP Chapter hosts an educational conference that attracts more than 150 emergency physicians, including Emergency Department Chairs, as well as PAs, NPs, EMTs, and nurses from across the state of Maryland. This one-day event offers a unique opportunity to connect with professionals in emergency medicine. We aim to ensure that all participants feel comfortable and relaxed during the scheduled breaks.
Conference Location & Time
The conference will take place at the SMC Campus Center on the University of Maryland, Baltimore campus, located at 621 W Lombard St, Baltimore, MD 21201. The event will begin at 8:00 AM and conclude at 5:00 PM. It will be held in person.
Setup Time
Exhibitors may arrive at 7:00 AM to begin setting up. A detailed schedule of events will be provided closer to the date of the conference.
Shipping Promotional Materials
Details regarding shipping your promotional materials or products to the venue in advance will be provided once you have registered as an exhibitor.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your participation, please submit a written notification via email. The effective cancellation date will be when we receive your written notice. A 25% service charge will be deducted from the total amount of your exhibitor or sponsor level. Please note that no refunds will be granted if the cancellation is made less than three days before the event.
