| Advanced Practice Provider (APP) of the Year | Presented to an APP who has made significant contributions to emergency medicine, provides excellent clinical care, and collaborates effectively with colleagues, consultants, and admitting services. |
| Chairman of the Year | Awarded to a Chairman who fosters collaboration with nursing and ancillary departments, implements operational and clinical improvements based on evidence-based practices, and contributes significantly to departmental excellence. |
| Clinician of the Year | Recognizes a clinician who exemplifies excellence in patient care, including technical skill, compassion for patients and families, teamwork, and patient advocacy. |
| Emergency Nurse of the Year | Honors a nurse who goes above and beyond for patients, families, and colleagues, delivering high-quality clinical care and a compassionate patient experience. |
| EMS Physician of the Year | Given to a College member who demonstrates clinical expertise, leadership, and makes notable contributions to the field of emergency medical services. |
| Legislator of the Year | Presented to a legislator who shows extraordinary leadership in advancing policies that improve emergency medicine, patient care, or workplace safety. |
| Physician of the Year | Recognizes a physician who maintains high standards in emergency medicine, is respected as a role model, and provides exceptional service to Maryland ACEP and the profession. |
| Resident of the Year | Honors a resident who demonstrates altruism, clinical promise, leadership, and a deep commitment to patient-centered emergency care. |
